July Favourites

Hellooo people. July has been a month full of new purchases and things I've been loving but I thought I'd just focus on 8 things that have really stuck out for me this month. So here we go!

  • Mac Soft & Gentle
Yes, I know I am extremely late on the bandwagon with this but I finally made the choice to pick one up and my god.. This may be an exaggeration but I think it has changed my life. It has certainly changed the way I do my make-up anyway. I never knew highlighting your face could make so much of a difference. Prior to this purchase I barely touched highlighter. Sometimes I used a bit of Benefit high beam but it never really amazed me, but this product is truly stunning.

  • Colgate Max White One
This probably sounds like a weird one for a favourites post but seriously, if you haven't tried this.. GET IT. Don't bother getting Cocowhite or any other teeth whitener until you have used this because it really does work. It has transformed my teeth and I don't think I'll ever use another toothpaste.

  • Duolingo
My favourite app of the moment is Duolingo. I started using this ages ago but when my boyfriend and I booked our trip to Italy I decided to give the language a go. Who knew learning a language could be so fun? The app makes it so easy to learn simple phrases and words and I'm still using it now months later! We are planning on going to Paris in September so I have started on the French now. I already know a bit of French so I should find it easier.

  • Fiorelli Bag
If you read my Haul post from a few days ago you would have seen me feature this baby from Fiorelli. I won't talk too much about it as I already have over there so if you want to read more or see what else I featured go ahead and click here to read that post. I have been taking this with me everywhere it could not be more perfect for me.

  • The Girl on the Train
I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of this book by now because it was #1 best seller for weeks and is currently still up at #3 in Waterstones. My god.. I have never read a book so fast before, I read it in 4 days! I highly recommend it I could not put it down. So if you're into your books you must pick it up when you get the chance, you won't be disappointed!

  • Inside Out
What a fantastic film this was! I don't even care that it's a kids film, I loved it :-) I won't go into the plot in case you haven't seen it but I think it was a great concept and was much better than I thought it was going to be. It was a really clever film for a kids film. However, my favourite part was not actually the movie.. but the short film they showed before it: Lava. It made my friend cry! Go watch it!

  • The Magical City Colouring Book

I'm sure everyone has seen these "adult colouring books" that have been popping up all over the place lately and I myself have been looking out for one. I am so glad I bought this! It was around £6 and well worth it because it is so therapeutic. I love Lizzy Mary Cullen's illustrations and there are so many of them it will be by my side for months probably!

  • Guess Bracelet
Pleas excuse my gross scar on my wrist from when I had a piercing there ha ha! (yes, I thought it was cool at the time) Anyway.. I have actually had this beautiful rose gold Guess bracelet for ages but just forgot about it until a few weeks ago and I have been wearing it pretty much every day. I love it so much and is just such a simple, pretty piece that goes with nearly everything.

So that's about it for my July favourites. I hope you enjoyed reading about what I'm loving at the moment. Comment down below what your favourite item was and also send me a link to yours if you have done a July favourites post or a youtube video I'd love to know what you're loving at the moment! Thanks so much for reading,
Abiee x
